The staff was consistently courteous and pleasant, the accommodation was fabulous and fairly clean. The hotel was in a marvellous and lovely location so close to Alicante bus station as well as the property's cafe. Also, it was approximately a 20-minute walk from Train, which was a plus. Appreciated their warm drinks, served in the Irish bar.

I spent 1 night here and liked that. All the staff was extremely friendly, settled my issues. The location was central, magnificent in the centre of the town. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 25 minutes walk away.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were miserable.
